Machining

Nu-Pro’s well-maintained machining facility means we are able to manufacture a number of quality components that meet our customers’ requirements. Our machine shop is constantly being updated with new machines and equipment. In 2001 an assembly shop was added to provide additional products for our customers.

The facility is managed using a leading production control package that enables planning, work loading, and controls materials and out of factory inter-process operations. Heat treatment and surface finishing is arranged with ISO approved suppliers. We try to use local suppliers whenever possible.

Nu-Pro provide employees with all relevant information and appropriate training in relation to quality and this includes complying with all relevant statutory requirements such as maintaining and developing management systems that meet the requirements of ISO9001/2000 and SAE AS9100.
